Comments: my dad and i fished the south tower in the morning, my dad
caught a 21 inch laker which was healthy. Then we moved to the point
above the north tower and i fought either a laker or a brown for about
10 minutes and then lost it. biggest fish of my life, had the fish
on all that time, drag was perfect all the rods reeled in, net ready, i
had about 15 more feet to reel up and then it just pulled out of its mouth.
the fish must have at least weighed 10 pounds. good luck

Comments: Got 4 hits today on bottom with large shiners that i had
left over from yesterday because the bait shop didnt have any shiners or
herring. I got the laker making a drift from the north tower
toward the north point around 7:00 pm. I got 2 hits on that drift so I
went back and did it again and got another hit but didnt hook the fish.

Comments: Started anchored on the South Shore as usual,in 50
ft and moved to 40 ft, but only drew in a few small herring to the submerged
lights. At 10pm we moved to the point off the North Shore. After 20 mins,
a school of herring was marked circling the lights and the boat. Herring
the size that are purchased from the bait shops were flying through the
surface light and skipping the surface. We finialy saw they were being
chased by Kamloop Rainbows. Three rainbows were caught on worms 25 ft down
while they chased Herring. One rainbow who bit the worm also hit a herring
while being reeled in. Three large Bluegills were also caught before the
night was over. It was a nice calm moon lit night on the Valley. All Kamloops
were released unharmed and still tagged.

Comments: Fishing slow all day. Several bites, nothing landed. Tried
drifting and double anchoring. Around 4:00pm headed for north point. Caught
good drift 25 yards off shore in aprox 15 ft of water. BANG! Lots of small
1lb largemouths plus a few smallies. Continued drifting towards the campers
beach when a 3 lb largemouth hit in about 10 ft deep and was landed &
released. After calling it a day , decided to fish the rip-rap near the
cement ramp for 1/2 hour lnded 14 1/2 inch brown all on live herring
using smallsplit shot as weight
