Browns where small, but two nice bows. Kept one male, bright colors with a HOOKED JAW. All the rest released unharmed. The undersized Browns also appeared healthy, but it seems they are not growing as they were in the past.....................................

Comments: The lakers all looked healthy and plump and gorgeous with no parasites or skin blemishes. (I fished Big Bear Lake in Ca. and could plainly see  parasitic infestations on the skin of the fish we caught. Authorities told us they were not harmful to humans but warned against letting dogs eat these fish! True story.) I planned on letting all the lakers go but decided to keep the HUGE one. I packed it on ice for the trip home and prepped it for tonight's dinner. Very delicious. My wife was even impressed and she's not a fish eater. It was worthwhile but the next time I will get into my old habit of catch and release again. Thanks RVL :)
