All released. Saw the largest Bow ever at the Valley swim through
the light, had to be 24-28 inches. Didn't hook him but sure got excited.

fishing reports anyway and I'll post them as soon as I get back. Thanks,
Augie
Well I'm back. I was in the air on a United flight out of Newark when
all the hijacking took place just ahead of the one that crashed in P.A..
I spent four days in Indiana instead of my destination and didn't know
when I would ever get back but I'm just grateful I wasn't on one of those
fatal flights. Our prayers and sympathy goes out to all the loved ones
of those who died.

Comments: Took my son who lives out of town out. Not to add the extra
cost of a stamp, he bought a 2 day non res, so we passed on trout fishing
and decided to go for the Smallies. The wind was really blowing from the
e/se in the morning, and we had a hard time controling the lines. Finally
towards mid-day the wind flopped out, and I stumbled upon a likely spot
near the weeds down in the SE corner. It turned out to be a great drop.
A beautiful day at the valley. P.S.There appears to be lots of bait fish
on sonar. Guess the Herring fund is paying off!
