Comments = Caught 4 Rainbows, biggest 17.5". Fish seem to want bait 3
to 4 feet off bottom. Longer leaders 3 - 4 feet in length seem to work
best. Had two other missed hits.

Comments = Started out trolling w/ downrigger but could not find the fish on the
finder. Searched high and low but no really strong signals. Most fish holding
tight to the bottom. Saw some people catch one or two from shore. Wind really
picked up and made it tough to drift. Had one strong hit on a mepps spinner
close to shore in 15 feet of water.

Comments = Not even a bite!! Not many fish spotted on fishfinder. Watched the
remaining ice melt. We speed up the process by using our boat as an icebreaker.

Comments = Kyle is five and has little patience unless he is actively catching
fish. Bought six shiners. cast two rods on bottom and immediately got a hit(teed
off two guys next to us!) Kyle realed in nice brownie of about 19".
released fish and other rod bent over with 14" brownie. Half hour later
kyle was throwing rocks and wanted Mom and boom another short brownie.

Comments = Rainbow was a kamloop #6231 Laker was barely legal. Both
released for another day. tried various depths but never went in close to
shore or in the main ramp launch cove.

Comments = was fishing in 11 - 13 feet today then moved shallow into 4 feet and
caught one kamloop about 14 or 15 inches and a small pickeral. also had
one other flag but missed it. both fish released. the ice is 8" thick
but the edges are busted and open in most areas, you need 6 foot planks to get
on the ice now.
i am glad i got to finally ice fish round valley!!!
