Started out downrigging by the North Tower and
did nothing, no marks. Talked to Mike K. out there a short while into
the morning and he hooked me up where the Lakers were. Not only a great
fisherman but a guy that is willing to share his info with others!!!
Thanks Mike K.

Started trolling from South Tower along south
shore-no hits til almost at the pines-first fish was a 24\" laker on the
Mooselook -copper color. The rest of the day was a variety, charteuse
or firetiger were the hot colors-snap weights or 2 1/2 to 6 color lead
with the spoons. At one point, 2 planers boards and 1 lead core pole all
had fish on-unfortunetely-we only landed 1 out of the three! The usual
blk/silver J7 rap did not produce a fish-this was the first time that
had happened in the last 3 trips.

Lakers ,,,,,,, 1 Rainbow
Comments =
Started out flatlinning along the North Shore
and caught a 17\" Rainbow. Then I got out the wire rod and went into the
middle towards the back and the action was pretty steady except for a
little down time, and there was not much of that!! All in all the action
was great.Lost at least another 6 fish that shook off..... Very good
day at the Valley.
