Comments = May 4, 2006 was the very first time that I’ve fished Round Valley
from a boat. Although I didn’t catch any fish, I learned a lot about the
structure. I will return to Round Valley to catch what I hear are some really
nice size Bass.

Species = Brown Trout Size = 15- 22 inches Total_caught = 10 Comments = good day for fishing on a bright sunny day. 4 Rainbows all 14-16 inches 1 Brown 15 inches and the other 5 were lakers...biggest was 22 inches....The largest laker appeared thin. Its head was out of proportion to its body...not a good sign...all other fish appeared healthy and all released unharmed |

Comments = BOTH LAKERS LOOKED VERY HEALTHY. BOTH COUGHED UP A MOUTHFUL OF SHRIMP
WHEN NEARING THE SURFACE SO IT LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS FINDING
THEM. ALSO HAD 4 OTHERS SHORT HIT OUR HERRING SO OUR TOTAL COULD HAVE BEEN
HIGHER. WE WILL BE BACK TO GET THEM ANOTHER DAY SOON. BOTH FISH WERE RELEASED
UNHARMED. LIKE I ALWAYS SAY...ANY DAY ON THE VALLEY IS A GREAT DAY!!

Comments = Slammed the lakers all morning, went through 5 dz herring by 11am,
bought another 4 dozen. All fish released, also caught 3 Kamloops 16-19" all
released healthy. caught only 1 laker trolling. Awesome day on the Valley, Not
many boats out for a holiday weekend.

Comments = ALSO CAUGHT 2 BROWNS AT 15" WHAT A DAY ON THE VALLEY!!!! THE LAKERS
WERE WILLING TO KICK OFF THE SUMMER IN A GOOD WAY. IM IMPRESSED ABOUT HOW THESE
LAKERS ARE SO HEALTHY LOOKING. THREE OR FOUR OF THEM WERE REAL CHUNKS. BUT A
COUPLE WERE A LITTLE ON THE SLIM SIDE BUT OTHERWISE HEALTHY LOOKING AND ALL WERE
EAGER TO FIGHT HARD. ALL FISH WERE RELEASED UNHARMED TO FIGHT ANOTHER DAY. GREAT
DAY ON THE VALLEY!!!!!!

FISHING KIND OF DIED AROUND 10:30AM AND PICKED UP IN THE AFTERNOON. IT WAS 98 DEGREES AND VERY HOT.
